1. PREAMBLE

Welcome to PIA (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"), a platform that allows users to organize and monetize calls between professionals and clients. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "ToU") govern access to and use of the Application. Registering and using PIA implies unconditional acceptance of these ToU.

2. DEFINITIONS

• User: Any individual or legal entity accessing the Application.
• Provider: A user offering paid services through the Application.
• Client: A user requesting paid services through the Application.
• Account: A user's personal space on PIA.
• Commission: The percentage taken by PIA from each completed transaction.

3. ACCESS AND REGISTRATION

Access to the Application is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity. Users must create an Account by providing accurate information and commit to keeping it updated. PIA reserves the right to suspend or delete any Account in case of non-compliance with the ToU.

4. SERVICES OFFERED

PIA enables Providers to offer their services in the form of paid calls and allows Clients to book these services. PIA does not guarantee the quality of services and acts solely as an intermediary.

5. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

Payments for services are processed via Stripe, the integrated payment solution on the Application. PIA charges a 20% commission on each transaction. Providers receive their payments within X days after the service has been delivered.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS

Users agree to:

• Not use the Application for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Not impersonate a third party
• Not publish offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content

7. LIABILITY

PIA acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for interactions between Users. Each User is responsible for their use of the Application and the commitments made regarding the services. PIA shall not be held liable for service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss.

8. TERMINATION

Users may delete their Account at any time. PIA reserves the right to suspend or delete an Account in case of non-compliance with these ToU.

9. MODIFICATION OF THE ToU

PIA reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Users will be notified of any changes and must accept the updated ToU to continue using the Application.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in Paris.
